The Mitchells from Burrington, Devon are connected to my line through the marriage of Mary Mitchell to James Shaddock at Burrington Parish Church on 26 August 1823. The Mitchell line can be traced back to the marriage of Richard Mitchell and Agnes Molland on 6 January 1682 at Ashreigny. All their children were baptised at Burrington where the family remained for the next century or so.
