Eliza Ann Cooper married George Turner at Stockport Parish Church on 22 February 1857. She was born in 1838, probably in Chatsworth, Derbyshire, daughter of John Cooper, a farmer. To-date I haven't been able to establish Eliza Ann's parents other than the reference to her father, John Cooper, when she married. The 1881 Census would suggest that Eliza Ann was born in the Chatsworth area of Derbyshire - however, I have tried the local Register Office with no success.
